The Spinney, Poulton-le-Fylde
We were commissioned by our clients to construct a new bungalow suitable for a retired couple. In collaboration with the architect Ken Pye, a design to provide the maximum use of the site but minimising maintenance was achieved.
The successful design was complemented by the project winning the 2001 Built in Quality Award presented by Wyre Borough Council Building Control Department.
