Sixteen traditional built flats at Church Street Fleetwood for Wyre Borough Council. The properties were built on the site of previously demolished cottages. To overcome the problem of the old basements, the foundations were of trench fill construction with suspended structural ground floors. The remainder was of traditional build. Competitive contract.
