3 Ivy Grove, Sheffield
3 Ivy Grove is Roger Eaves Building Limited's current student property refurbishment and its primary example of work of this type. The property, situated less than half a kilometre away from the main Student Union is in an idyllic location to serve students at Sheffield University as well as those studying at Sheffield Hallam.
